Sunday Morning with the Chickens

The husband lets them out to feed and scratch as long as they can be watched. When taking a walk in the morning we sometimes see Coyote scat on our paths; Coyotes are always looking for an easy meal. 

Can you blame them? It's tough out there for those rascal coyotes.

But, we love our hens and it's our job to keep them safe.
