Bottling our Sauvignon Blanc Wine

This year we were lucky enough to have the help of an Intern, our good friend's daughter, Tina. She assisted in sanitizing the bottles, carrying boxes and corking. This was great because things went along very smoothly with her added help. By the end of the afternoon we had 6 cases of wine bottled and put away in the cellar.

 Sanitizing bottles with 1 teaspoon Potassium metabisultite and 1 teaspoon acid blend 
in 1 gallon of water
 Siphoning into the clean bottles.
 Corking....

It is very satisfying to bottle wine from grapes that you grow.
