Pan seared Scallops on an oak fire


My husband made the most delicious scallops on an open fire.
Lately he has been cooking outside on oak & I am so grateful.

Scallops seared in olive oil,
garlic and fresh parsley cooked approximatley 4 to 5 minutes in very hot pan.
of course this depends on the size of the scallop.
Served over pasta with a garden salad and a glass of your favorite wine.
Just about perfect!
